The Towercam Telescopic Camera Column

TOWERCAM is a remote controlled, computer-assisted, telescoping camera column, which can be combined with any remote-head. The column runs very smoothly, almost silently and has a very short rig-time (less than one hour). TOWERCAM plus remote-head can be operated by only one person. The operation of the column is accomplished with a foot-pedal. The system offers crane-like movement without a crane.
TOWERCAM is a space-saving alternative to conventional camera cranes and allows the camera to be placed in areas where traditional cranes would never fit.

AWCS can provide three different TOWERCAM versions:

TOWERCAM XL is the extended
version (approx. 33ft. lensheight).
This system is especially suitable for small sets, where larger camera
cranes may not be useful.

TOWERCAM FX is the overhead
